Festive Event in the Herzogssaal (Copyright: Herzogssaal)
The historic Herzogssaal, originating in the early Middle Ages, is considered the most important secular building in Regensburg. Erected before the Stone Bridge, and older than the Old Town Hall in terms of tradition and history, the Herzogssaal is used for meeting purposes. As a representational hall, the Herzogssaal is comparable with the Reichsaal in the Old Town Hall. Constructed free of visible supports, it is ideal for any type of event.
