Sustainability is a matter close to our hearts
That’s why we have voluntarily committed to the “fairpflichtet” initiative and adhere to the joint trade industry codes EVVC (European association of events centres) and GCB (German Convention Bureau association). We also keep up to date with sustainability and constantly undertake further training. For example, we were one of the first to become certified sustainability advisors for the events industry in May 2012. We have also developed our own Regensburg sustainability model for events, particularly meetings. Based on certain criteria, you, as the customer, decide how far you want to follow us down this path. Furthermore, with the Green Score Card we are able to offer you an estimation tool for the sustainability of your event. We will similarly provide extensive advice on our partners.

Our highly satisfied customers are proof that our system works. The UNESCO World Heritage-listed Regensburg has long been making a name for itself as an events venue
at a national level. In 2012, for example, RTG was awarded one of the coveted wildcards for the IMEX, Europe’s largest events trade fair in Frankfurt, thanks to its “tradition goes future” scheme, which combines history and modernity.
